My Ethics Code
My life motto: Treat people with kindness.
I think bringing the motto I try to live my life by is important to add here as it shapes what my mottos are.
Everyday we are given a new chance to bring kindness into a world that needs more of it. We don't know what anyone else is going through, so giving a smile to a stranger, paying it forward every now and then, and just being a decent human being is what I strive for everyday and what I have built my Ethics Code around.
Compassion
I will show compassion in the workplace constantly. In my opinion, being compassionate is one of the best traits to have, and I will always strive to show it, like I mentioned in my motto, you never know what someone is going through.
Growth
Growth is very important to me as we are in a world that is constantly growing and changing and espically in the profession of public relations, you have to be okay with change and growth. We aren't the same people we were a year ago and we won't be the same people in the year and that is because we are constantly growing.
Loyalty
When I work with anyone, weather that be in the office, in my personal life, or just in a group project for a class, I want them to know they can trust me. I dedicate myself to remaining loyal to my coworkers, organization, and any potential clients I work with.
Inclusivity
Inclusivity is something that our world needs more of. While many of us are very different from each other, that doesn't mean we can't come together to make an amazing team. I will strive to make my work environment a welcoming, positive, and engaging place.
Kindness
As kindness is a part of my life motto, it only feels right to include it in my ethics code. This one is simple, I will constantly treat those in my work place with the upmost kindness, and how I would want to be treated.

We never know what anyone is going through mentally, a smile or a simple "how are you" can mean a lot some.
